Keyboard issue in VM consoles

I hope this is the appropriate place to post this.

I just setup a new PVE host. I had no issues for about 24 hours or so. Now when I type inside a VM console (within Proxmox web ui), if I use the shift key in conjunction with any of j, k, l, m, or r keys, no letter will show up, but if I lift off the shift key anything I type will be capitalized until I hit the shift key again. I literally had to write down a sequence to follow just so I could login to a VM (Shift+R, R, Shift, e, etc.).

I hope this makes some sense to someone. I don't understand what happened or how. It only happens in VM consoles, not LXC consoles or the PVE shell. Please help!

I am using Vivaldi. I saw some old stuff about a similar issue with Firefox. This just started very recently, I've never had a problem with Proxmox before. It did not seem to happen as a result of anything I have don't. I also keep having an issue with one of my two SMB shares. One works flawless, the other after a while keeps saying I am not authorized. I don't know, it's just frustrating when something seems to just happen for no reason.

I tried the browser my distro came with (Konqueror) and did not have an issue. In doing so I was reminded of a Vivaldi browser setting that I had recently changed. I found in the Vivaldi settings Privacy and Security section, under Website Permissions, an option called "Prioritize Website Shortcuts". I did not know what it was and set it to Block. I changed it back just now to "Allowed" and the issue is gone.

Thanks for the response, it lead me to a fix.
