I must have messed something up, I installed from a ISO on bare metal kernel was on 6.8 but would not update and said to use 6.2, I was able to get 6.2 to be the bootable kernel but I still could not get my kernel to upgrade to at least 7.4. Now I have tried so many repositories and my sources.list is all messed up. *REPOS IN ATTACHED IMAGES*
