Kernel Panic crash troubleshooting help

My system locked up middle of June, I read thru the forums and I found a similar post to my issue in that there was a possible bug with a previous pve 37 kernel; so I updated and didn't think anything about it. It looks like my system locked again yesterday around 15:39 and looks like a kernel panic again.

My system is a 4 server cluster, 2 servers Dell PowerEdge R720's, and 2 Dell PowerEdge 2950 III's. Only the two new Dell R720 servers kernel panic on in the cluster, the older servers are fine don't seem to do this...

I am not sure what I am looking for to identify where the problem is? I have posted the two log files here:

Any other suggestions where I should look would be appreciated.
 
Saw this in the logs:

Storage Service The current firmware version 21.1.0-0007 is older than the required firmware version 21.2.0-0007 for a controller of model 0x1F38: Controller 0 (PERC H710 Mini)
