Kernel Panic 3CX VM

Hi everyone and Happy New Year!

First of all: Since I installed Proxmox freshly on a mini PC and had never tested it elsewhere before, the environment is still new to me.
My mini-PC with an Intel N5105 and 16 RAM ran unRAID before (because I also wanted to test it), but I wasn't particularly happy with it.
So I decided to give Proxmox a try.

My must-haves on this system:
- 3CX PBX
- PiHole with Unbound
- and various gimmicks

On unRAID, the on-prem Debian ISO from 3CX ran absolutely fine as a VM.
In Proxmox I was also able to install the ISO very easily. After the initial setup I've restored the system settings via a backup of my unRAID VM.
Unfortunately, now I have the problem that almost every day at midnight or later - today exceptionally at ~ 10:30 am, the VM crashes with "Kernel Panic".

I assigned 4 cores and 4 GB RAM to the VM.
The CPU type is "KVM64". I've wanted to assign "Intel" as type directly, but the VM wasn't starting anymore, so I've switched the type back to KVM64.
I also tried "Host", but then the VM can no longer be reached in my LAN.

Does anyone know the problem and can help me eventually?

Thanks in advance for your help and best regards!
