We've been using Proxmox now for a month I think, never had a problem.
Today we head a soft lockup, and no more responses from the server.

Fixes the lockups, so it makes me believe the lockups are kernel related.

Everything is up to date, updating to the latest kernel now, any suggestions?

Hi, I have the same problem but I'm testing pve in a nested virtualization enviranment (2 pve nodes as kvm guest on my notebook) so I thought it was caused by my (strange) situation. I solved disabling apic with "noapic" on the kernel command line
