Hello,
Virtio Interfaces doasn't works on Pfsense KVM virtual machines using kernel 4.15.10-1-pve:
(workaround: switch to IntellE1000)

For me it is working fine. Did an update yesterday.
 
yes I do NAT...with 5 internal VLAN´s

but perhaps I should add, that I'm using OVS all the time.
 
but I had to go back to 4.13 bacause of serious performace issues in kvm sql servers
