keep email in quarantine after user delivers

Hi All

is it possible to keep an email in the SPAM quarantine AFTER a user has asked for it to be delivered?

we had an issue where a user had a few emails blocked,
i investigated and saw the email tipped over the spam level (5) slightly,
clicked deliver on the required emails,
then realized i had forgotten to copy the spam headers to find why it tipped over the level,
and the email had then vanished from the spam quarantine list?

No - not directly - the quarantine keeps the mails and sends it on.

What you could do however is to add a BCC-Action to the rule where you put mails into quarantine and send the complete mail to an 'archive' mailbox (which you probably should clean regularly)
