I have forwarded messages coming in from teams.mail.microsoft which is showing KAM_DMARC_REJECT.

I've inspected the message headers which indicates SPF and DKIM passes, so I'm not sure how to troubleshoot why these are failing.

It's worth noting my org uses Zimbra Collaboration Suite, our parent org uses Office 365 and our staff have email forwarding enabled.
i.e. employee@example.com forwarded to employee@dept.example.com

This email is sent to employee@example.com, then forwarded from Outlook to PMG at employee@dept.example.com (then to Zimbra)

Before we implemented PMG these messages were coming through ok but we weren't doing any DKIM enforcement (SPF only).
