Just added a new NVME to Proxmox and now no VM's will start!

How did you add the new nvme, did you just physically install it or have you formated it and added it to your /etc/fstab or /etc/pve/storage.cfg ?

Show output of cat /etc/fstab, cat /etc/pve/storage.cfg and of lsblk and mount
 
OK guys had a major issue and has to reinstall Proxmox from fresh but still have an issue i think its more related to my mobo not Proxmox.
I need some help understanding if it is possible to share the 2 pcie slots on this GA-Z68AP-D3 mobo.
I have removed the GPU from 1 slot as i do not need it as this is being used as a headless Proxmox server.
So in the slot i added a 1tb nvme in the other slot it has a 500 nvme.
On installing Proxmox it sees all the drives but after a flawless installation when you go to check drive inside Proxmox.
So i am guessing it cannot share or is there a way in the bios to make it share?

It only sees 1 of nvmes in 1 of the pcie slots the other no longer shows
 
If it both drives show and work during install then it is not a hardware problem. Unfortunatly im not sure how to debug this.
Check Bootup logs:

sudo journalctl -b

sudo udevadm info --tree
 
How did you add each of the nvme drives to a pcie slot? If it was an adapter did you you use the same make? What happens if you use lspci, dmeg or lsblk command?
