[SOLVED] java programs never start on ubuntu 20.04.LTS VM

Hello,
I have an ubunbtu 20.04.2 LTS I downloaded from ubuntu cloud init
I wanted to install jenkins (same with nexus) and java 8.
The programs starts but not moving and 2 CPU are 100% used.
I tried with a debian 10 VM, same result.
Is there something about java program/proxmox/Linux VM ?
The VM do not work with kvm hardware virtualization even if it is enabled on the bare metal hosting the promox node
I run the latest stable proxmox

Please post

cat /etc/pve/qemu-server/<vmid>.conf

and the exact error messages when starting your VMs fails.

I had no KVM virtualization on the base metal node server
So It is done and I am sorry I should have closed this thread
