Ive tried everything

I've tried different USB sticks, SSD, different USB drives, etcher, Pi Imager, and always get the same message GRUB loading, Welcome to GRUB! with blinking curser.
 
Please provide a few more details so that people can help you with the problems you're encountering :) What exactly is it you're trying to do?
