Hello,
Some mail will quarantine.But if recivier account alias.I deliver mail is will show User doesn't exist.Please see attachment.I use thunderbird send mail to this alias account is ok.Please check it.

In my error2.png.jacky@mouse-team.com.tw is alias account.It's forward to another account.It is has create alias on mail server.But deliver mail it's will show user doesn't exist.

This error message is generate by your server (mail.eshtec.com.tw), so there must be something wrong there.

There must be something different. The log is quite clear - the error is from your server.
