Itanium support for Proxmox VE??

Hello all,

I'm new with Proxmox Virtual Enviroment, and I'm doing my Individual Project for my degree with this software. I have experience with VMware ESX Enterprise and XenServer but not with this software at the moment.

Then, once do it the presentations, I have a quesion about the compatibility of the Proxmox VE with Itanium processors, cause I have the possibility to have 2 Itanium servers to do the project, but I was looking for some information on the forum, wiki, and on Internet and I didn't find any info.

So, please, if you need more info just tell me.

See system requirements

As far as i see Itanium is a dead technology already so I assume no one will jump to this dead horse - does vmware or citrix xen works on itanium?
