I have one of three hosts that has gone into this mode on the proxmox dvd install, on the debian install and then proxmox install, etc. anyone seen this before? i had to reload everytime.
seems like a blockdevice (the Clariion message might indicate a FC or iSCSI attachment?) is not behaving properly and taking too long to become readable.
