Issues with Adding Mailboxes to the Blacklist

We're experiencing difficulties with adding mailboxes or domains to the blacklist, encountering two specific problems.

In the first scenario, after adding a mailbox or domain to the blacklist, we attempt to send an email from that address to a domain configured in the Mail Gateway, only to find that the email is accepted, which shouldn't happen.

In the second scenario, after we add a mailbox or domain, refreshing the interface results in the mailbox or domain being removed from the blacklist entirely.
 
please share the logs from the point where you add a mailbox to the list - to the point where the mail that is not blocked passes through .
and for the second point - check your browsers development console - if you see any errors in the requests ...
