Issues installing Proxmox

Hello!

I recently acquired a new-to-me (used) server that I was hoping to put Proxmox v4.3 onto as a learning experience.

Unfortunately, I'm having issues even installing Proxmox.

Attached is a photo of the error screen I experience.

I have only tried one usb flash drive as I do not have any others on hand to test at the moment.

I have tried multiple ISO burning tools and several different configs/methods with each, including dd with Rufus.

Does anyone have any recommendations on where to start troubleshooting?

a server specs , make and model as well as your configurations of it would be very helpful.

by the looks of it it can be a missing driver or non functioning raid .

please use "dd" or a dd-like tool to put the iso on the usb drive (it seems like the current rufus has a "dd-mode" which should work - the "iso-hybrid" mode does not).
