Issues creating LVM to iSCSI backend..

I am having issues creating LVM storage on Proxmox VE 1.8 using my iSCSI backend. I am using openfiler 2.99.1 and am having no issues creating the LUN and attaching it to ProxmoxVE, but every time I try to create LVM storage, i get "failed with error code 3". Any ideas? Thanks for your help in advance.

you cannot use 'pve' as volumegroup, just use a new name. pve is already used.
