issue with while sending end of data

I was wondering if someone else has seen this message before?

Not sure whats happening around last week was working fine for sending to that user. the rest sending an email works only for that user but i can telnet 42.120.219.27 which i thought it was blocking my IP
so not sure if its my issue or the client?

I saw similar error from my backup MX to our internal PMG setup.
Below was spam emails with virus attachement that is blocked by my fortigate firewall.
I may not be your case thou.

thanks for the reply, so was i did i think it was the email, i removed the whole convo and just send the part that the user was replying and now it shows sent im going to wait for the user to confirm and then mark it solved thank you again
