Issue with pevcm status

Hi guys,

Had a bit of an issue with the cluster, I don't even have a second node running now and I get the following.

I've got 4 vm's on their that have live development data on them so I need to get this up and running soon as I can. So i hope you can all help me if possible.

root@int01:/etc/pve# pvecm status
Unable to dispatch votequorum status: CS_ERR_LIBRARY

Any ideas?

Also, all my VM's are missing on the GUI, however the images are still present in /var/lib/vz/images/

Not sure whats happened here? We had an issue in the LAN with IP Addresses and this seems to have stopped TOTEM from working from what I can tell, however now I've got Proxmox back working the VM's are gone as previously mentioned.
