Issue with Nat ando openvpn

Hello to all.
I have Port forwarding from isp router to Openvpn in tap mode and tcp.
When i activate MASQUERADE everything works....but if Nat is disable Wireshark's capture shows dup packets, and nothing works, no web, no ssh, just icmp.
Any idea??

I'm not really sure how much this is related with Proxmox VE directly.

Why do you want to disable NAT/MASQUARADE? If this is an routed setup you probably need that somewhere?

Maybe I just did not understood the question correctly

My english is poor, sorry for that.
I need to disable NAT, because I must know what each ip does
I wandering why when NAT is active on openvpn VM, works and when routing without doesn't work http neither ssh only icmp.
