Hello Proxmox Community,
I have an Issue with Proxmox and Multiple IP Addresses on my Server. I run a fresh Debian 11 Server with a new Proxmox Installation done by following the Documentation here: https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Install_Proxmox_VE_on_Debian_11_Bullseye

My Server at Hetzner runs on an AMD Ryzen 9 and has 2 IPv4 Addresses configured (All IP Addresses are replaced with Dummy Values):
IP: 144.123.210.196/26
IP2: 121.56.122.161/16 (Mask 255.255.255.240)

Before Installing Proxmox, both IP Addresses were running on the System and I could ping both IPs from the Outside. Since the Installation of Proxmox, I can't get my 2nd IP Running anymore.
I used Hetzners own Guide here: https://community.hetzner.com/tutorials/install-and-configure-proxmox_ve (Network Configuration Host system Routed / Network Configuration Guest Routed)

I used a Guide Recommended on Reddit: https://blog.no-panic.at/2016/08/09/proxmox-on-debian-at-hetzner-with-multiple-ip-addresses/ (Configuring the network)

I configured the 2nd IP as vmbr1 and when I configure the vmbr1 in my VM as eno18 I don't have an Internet connection.

Furthermore, I did it in the CLI, I did it in the Proxmox Interface, but nothing worked so far.

Additionally, I read that there was a Bug with AMD CPUs and Proxmox with Multiple IPs due to a Kernel Issue, but that is fixed in the current Version as far as I'm aware.
If someone has an Idea for a fix, I would really appreciate it.
