Issue with lock blocking CT creation

Hi,

I have an issue when attempting to create a new container on a Proxmox box running v 6.4. Here is the error message I'm getting:

TASK ERROR: unable to create CT 223 - can't lock file '/var/lock/pve-manager/pve-storage-local-zfs' - got timeout

I'm only seeing this error when attempting to create a new container using a module for WHMCS developed by ModulesGarden. This module uses the API and connects using Proxmox VE authentication.

Any input on why I might be seeing this error is greatly appreciated!
