issue with boot ZFS on dell R610

Hi,
I was wondering if someone could shed some light on the issue im having. So i had working Proxmox 5.4 working fine with DEll r610with flash IT mode dell h310
what i did is bought more disk and reformated the server but now i cannot get it to boot, so what i did was try to install zfs raid 1 with two disks and it worked, but with raid 10 cannot boot it gets stuck on the bios trying to boot see picture. i tried version 6 also same issue. So i thought it was the grub so i booted up pmarted magic to find which disk had the grub then i took out the disks that did not have the grub and left only 2 disks to see if it booted up and nothing so IDK WTF is going.

in the first picture it stays stuck there

edit:
so i installed proxmox with zfs raid 1 2 disks only, and it booted then i put in the 4 disks added it to the mirror and it worked but i reboot and it gets stuck on the first picture i posted

 zpool add rpool mirror /dev/sdg /dev/sdh
zpool add rpool mirror /dev/sde /dev/sdf
