Issue startup.nsh when rebooting new VM

Just created a VM now i have issues/ errors when rebooting concerned that it is not booting correctly. First issues was UEFI interactive shell v2.2 i and startup.nsh
I found what i believe was the issue for the vm not booting up i used the UEFI QEMU QEMU HD. Now after rebooting receiving the following error messages :

I am unsure which of the drives the vm should be booting from in the attachment.

I would appreciated any any help and advice.

"UEFI QEMU QEMU HD" is the virtual disk. Other options are virtual CD (ISO), network boot and starting the shell. So you should want to boot from the virtual disk.
