See my other issue:

Unprivileged restore (from PVE backup on PBS) fails...
Others in other discussions seem to hint a "privileged" restore might help.
Restoring DOES work...., then starting the container does not.
It just mentions Status: OK ....
No container is started though.

pct mount can be done,

pct start 114 # reports:
Requesting HA start for CT 114

again nothing happens, no logfiles change ....

pve-ha-{crm,lrm} both have no logging.

Where does this fail?

Well, running lxc-start -n 114 DOES start the VM....

(also shows up in GUI, can access the VM).

The options like shutdown / reboot on WUI don't work
Console access does work..

It is then obviously NOT running with pve-container@114
