issue related to PVE host Lenovo SR650 V2 server

We just purchase new server
Brand and Model: Lenovo 7Z73CTO1WW
Product Number : SR 650 V2

PVE 7.2-3

status:
ping 8.8.8.8 OK
ping 172.31.23.50 OK

problem:
ping google.com NG
unable to activate subscription
very late response while we check using nmap command

is your dns server correctly confgured in /etc/resolv.conf ? no firewall blocking dns port ?

yes, it was configured properly, and I have compare with other proxmox virtual environment.
both Proxmox Virtual environment machine locate in a same VLAN dan data center

we also found mac address status as unknown.
