CentOS: http://www.howtoforge.com/centos-5.1-server-lamp-email-dns-ftp-ispconfig Ubuntu: http://www.howtoforge.com/perfect-server-ubuntu-8.10 (note they have a few ubuntu ones listed) then make your own pkg and voila - you can install it multiple times
