?ISO format required to install windows (server)

Hi, there isn't a DVD drive on this server, but access to a windows (server) uefi DVD is needed.
Does it need to be converted to an ISO on a NAS device (one of which is already connected as Storage)?
This is to upgrade an existing windows server installation.
