iSCSI storage configuration problem

I am facing issue with the iSCSI storage configuration. I have Proxmox Hypervisor 9.2.4. I configured iSCSI target and LVM on iSCSI but storage not visible on the Hypervisor. Not sure but one of the reason it shows question mark on iSCSI-LVM. so I understand it's not configure correctly. Can anyone please help me to resolve this issue?

You need to provide more information so that members can help.

Start with:
lsblk
lsscsi
cat /etc/PVE/storage.cfg
pvesm status

Also, review your journalctl output.

Few notes:
- Please use </> CODE tags from the post box menu when pasting text/config/etc. It makes the information much more readable
- You appear to have multiple paths to your storage, so you will need to configure Multipath for proper operations
- As you see in your "status" output the LVM is "inactive", most likely due to unconfigured Multipath.
