ISCSI Multipathing Total Volume Size

I just installed a fresh PVE node (proxmox-ve_8.1-2) and upgraded to v8.1.10. I configured two ISCSI LUNs from TrueNAS with 10 Gb interfaces. Upon configuring the multipath.conf:



and rebooting, then viewing the datacenter summary which shows 3.64 TiB storage:



I then looked at the node LVM Mappings:



And then the node resources:



I don't understand why the node summary is not properly depicting the total storage (yellow highlight) amount. Which unless I'm mistaken should be representing the total storage for Disk Images and Containers.

Any insights or solutions are welcome.

The resources shown in your screenshot are "local" resources, that, I believe, refer to "local" storage that has a special meaning in PVE.
