iSCSI LVM missing

I have had proxmox up and running for about a week. Recently had a power outtage that took my iSCSI NAS offline, while my UPS for my host kept it online. Upon bringing my iSCSI disk back online, proxmox is acting like it cannot connect to it. The webgui states that it is configured and enabled, but lvm lvscan does not show the LVM, only local storage. Any ideas?

Edit: this is the error I get when trying to start a VM stored on the LVM:

Volume group "NAS" not found
TASK ERROR: can't activate LV '/dev/NAS/vm-100-disk-1': Cannot process volume group NAS

And when trying to restore the VG:

root@pve:~# vgcfgrestore NAS
Couldn't find device with uuid {uuid}.
Cannot restore Volume Group NAS with 1 PVs marked as missing.
Restore failed.
root@pve:~#

Running iscsiadm -m session shows 2 sessions to the same iscsi target, but running cat /proc/partitions does not show any disks loaded as I believe it should be sdb.
