Is this card good for disk passthrough to vm

Hello good people,
I'm looking into passing through 4 hdd's to a trueNAS VM running on proxmox 8, retiring my current direct USB passthrough, since it doesn't support SMART inside the VM.
I have zero experience with HBA cards so I come to you asking is this a good card to passthrough 4-5 SATA 3.5" hard drives.
M5110 LSI 9207-8i IT
or
SXTAIGOOD 9211-8i
or
SVNXINGTII 9207-8i

please advise me which one to purchase, my options are very limited due to availability inside my country of India.

Also, Is this an alternative to the above, so instead of using an HBA I can use this to plug in my data drives?
M.2 to SATA3.0, Expansion Card
just pass the disks like normal in the .conf

I'm just more comfortable with truenas, also i only have 64gb ram and of that i allocate 32 gb to truenas, on the other hand zfs on proxmox eats up the entire 64 easily which I'm unable to control from the gui.

Also, Which one has better speed so not to bottleneck the disks.

Please note that you also need to make sure the motherboard (and CPU) support PCIe passthrough, and your have a PCIe slot that puts the HBA in a separate IOMMU group (you can test this with another PCIe add-in card), and that the HBA you buy works with passthrough. Maybe you know all this and have tested all this, but I can be a big disappointment if not.
