Is there an easy way to change tag colors from an RGB picker?

I appreciate how it randomizes the colors and I bet some combinations would randomly end up looking really cool. But I'd prefer to colorize mine in a fade (light blue to progressively dark blue for example)

How do I change RGB color values on tags?
