at least not in a convenient way...
* if the mail went to multiple addresses and their quarantines, you can download it from the quarantine of an address where it has not been deleted yet.
* if I recall correctly the mail is removed from the disk after the quarantine lifetime for that mail is over (so if your quarantine lifetime is 7 days after 7 days)
* the journal-entry from the deletion should contain the information about the filename

Thank you, I understand. This email was is one single quarantine unfortunately.

this should hold true even if the mail was in only one address' quarantine

indeed I found the email under /var/spool/pmg/spam so at least I've recovered its content thank you.

Is there any way to send it back to queue ?

nothing built-in in PMG... no
but you can take a look at swaks(1) - https://www.jetmore.org/john/code/swaks/ (can be installed with `apt install`) - and try to send that file as --data ...
