Is the following scenario possible with Proxmox?

Good morning,

i have the following plans for a company and wanted to know if this is feasible with Proxmox.
The following virtual machines should be available:

2 x Windows Server 2019 AD / DC for 2 different domains
1 x terminal server for one domain
1 x Debian server with postgres & printserver

There are about 70 users and 90 clients (PC, mobile devices, printer/scanner) per domain.
The terminal server has 15 users.

My question is, is all this possible with a Proxmox machine, and if so, how powerful should the hardware be here?

I have at my homelab Proxmox VE has19 VMs Windows Machines, 5 of them are AD DC with different domain and 4 Linux machines one of them is pfsense and about 60 LDAP user, It works very well.
