I am asking because i send a request asking for some clarifications prior to buying the service and its been 3 days with no answer yet.
 
Sure. Maybe the email got lost somehow, or you sent to the wrong address? I suggest you sent the request again.

Actually i opened a ticket on the Proxmox website.
I need to know if the prices are based on a per socket basis or a per core.

If you talk here about our enterprise support (via https://my.proxmox.com), I can assure that you will always get an answer within one business day, most time much faster.

As there are no open requests there, it seems you talk about something else - how did you contact our commercial support team exactly?
