See http://lists.debian.org/debian-devel-announce/2010/02/msg00002.html Squeeze cannot boot 2.6.18 or 2.6.24 Kernels so there is no way to get the current OpenVZ Kernels running on Squeeze. The upcoming Proxmox VE 2.x releases will be based on Squeeze, using 2.6.32 or higher.
