Is it possible to use a PVE cluster without ZFS replication - UI only?

Hi,

I have 3 PVE hosts scattered around Europe so any sort of large data replication won't be possible due to bandwidth constraints.
However I do want to manage my 3 hosts from a single UI - without any VM migration and so on.
Is it possible to onboard the 3 hosts together in a single UI but not enable all the clustering bits?

If yes, how is that accomplished?

You could try to set the expected votes to one and then have one UI do manage all. You need a low-latency network in order to keep nodes from fencing. I would not recommend this in a production environment.
