1. Is it possible to see when was the last verification (the last verfy time)?
2. I added a scheduled verify job, if the verification fails, can send me an email notify?

Yes. See "Datastore -> YourDatastore -> Option -> Notify -> Verify". You might need to set up postfix yourself for PBS to be able to send notification mails.

1. Is it possible to see when was the last verification (the last verfy time)?

You mean when every single backup snapshot got verified or when the verify job was running the last time? for the latter one there is a "Last Verification" Column at "Datastore -> Verify Jobs". For the first one you can hover your mouse over the verify state of a backup snapshot in the content tab of your datastore and it will how you a tooltip with the date of the last verify.
