Hi, I setup failover ip for one of my vps. I added route to main bridge (vmbr0). I have only this one device. Then I setup static ip in vps. IP was working fine, but my main(dedicated server) IP was banned at cludflare for one of websites. Then if I use different failover IP, they are banned also. So if I have bridged connection traffic goes through my dedicated server gateway and it is possible to track gateway I am using? Is what I am thinking now correct? Because I thought that if I have another additional IP it does not have any connection to my main dedicated server IP.

It is very much depends on the provider of your VPS network, on how and what works. Best get in touch with them.
