IPTABLES and routes reset

Hello! (sorry for my english)
I'm use Proxmox with 3 lan cards, 2 on ISP and 1 to local net. I'm use my iptables rules and route tables, but at 6.25 all resets and I must run script manualy to turn all on. What I can do to prevent reset?
