I will buy a dedicated server from hetzner and install proxmox ve after i will create many container i need to know can i make for each container an ip adress and if i can where i buy ip adresses is hetzner have this service and thanks

I do not understand what you want. But Hetzner also rents you additional IP addresses and subnets at an expensive price.

This won't help you because Hetzner won't configure these IP addresses on your router. Either you do everything yourself, including the router, you accept their prices, you look for another host or you do NATing with Hetzner.
