IOMMU groups get disconnected when starting VM that uses different group

I have a Win11 VM, here I want to project some streams to my tv.

Because of no graphics it is at the moment not possible to project the screen.

Then you need PCIe passthrough (which is different from mediated and mediated does not support external output) and you are on the right track. Try my suggestions about only passthrough VGA and Audio function (separately) and not 03:00 with All Functions. And search the forum as other people have had the exact same issue.

I don't think I can handle this issue.
My Linux knowledge base is really bad...
