IO speed decreases with increasing RAM size

Hello everybody,

I'm having a problem with the IO test when raising the RAM. It will reach maximum speed when RAM is at 1GB or 2GB, however it will slow down when I increase RAM, you can see attached image. Has anyone encountered this problem, please tell me how to solve it.
