IO-error PVE disk is full

Hi everyone,
I'm sorry but I'm a new Proxmox user so be patience with me. I run proxmox with only a VM with Home Assistant HassOS running on it. Today I got up with the server down and I found an IO-error on the machine. This because the space on the PVE is full (168 Gb). What I'm missing right now is why, cause I dedicated 224 Gb for Home Assistant during instance configuration? I suppose the PVE could have all the space available on the Mini-pc SSD where I'm running Proxmox which is 256 Gb.
I post some pics of my actual situation. What I need to do to fix the problem? I need to clean the disk but I don't know how to cancel something as I just run the VM with Home Assistant.
Thanks for helping.

You gave HomeAssistant 224 Gb, but the LVM thin pool has only 168. PVE itself has space left.

Increasing the size of your thin pool should make it work again.

Hi Matthias,
I worked out on my issue and I added and mounted a new hd external disk where I moved the storage from the local-lvm. After I moved it the vm started again so my Home Assistant instance went online again and I could be able to do a proper backup. Now, what I'm missing is why storage is getting bigger and bigger everyday. Could you please suggest me how I can check what proxmox (or maybe HA) is writing everyday?
Thanks

Which storage is getting bigger? LVM, although it contains no data?
I would assume your VM is writing stuff, so you have to open a console to the VM, or use some other means of communicating with it to see why that happens.
