Hi,
please post the content of cat /etc/pve/storage.cfg, the VM config by running qm config 100 and the journal by runnig journalctl -b > journalctl.txt and post the generated file as attachment.

Looking at the little indicator beside your local-lvm, which is usually your vdisk storage, it seems to be full.

Can you please explain where to write these commands?

Can you please explain where to write these commands?

On the console/shell/CLI of your PVE-host.

How to increase the memory? So basically its an I/O Error.

I am talking about your disk space, which might be full. You have to find out, what is taking it up (especially because you have only this one VM currently) and free up space, if you want to use it for other stuff...
But I have no experience with LVM, so somebody other has to help you with this or google it.

How big is the (physical) disk in there? What is the output of: lsblk?
