Invalid: Server ID mismatch. after ssh key change

Hi all,
I have an issue with my Proxmox Mail subscriptions, there were a change of ssh hosts keys on both of my proxmox mail servers have now an invalid subscription.

Even if this is related to proxmox VE I tried to do this what is explained here: https://shop.proxmox.com/index.php?...rrent-subscription-key-to-the-new-server.html, but this didn't help.

How, and what can I do to recover my valis subscriptions?

the link you posted, contains the correct guide. what exactly did not work from there?

I go the client area > Services > My Subscriptions
Then I click on one of my "Active" subsriptions which has a wrong Server ID, then click "Reissue" and nothing special happens

On the proxmox servers I removed the Subscription and added again but the status was still invalid

Now, I just realised that the ServerID is the same, ending by "A58B46" for both of my subscriptions! Ending by "226" and "c93"... that might be the issue.

On my proxmox servers, one Server ID is "..."A58B46 and the other is "...63103"...

I have reissued 3 times for one and 2 times for the other, so yes too much.
I opened a ticket to Shop team and they reissued again and reset the counters, but that didn't help.
Status is still invalid for both!

After contact the technical support we nothiced the WebUI was giving a wrong SeverID while the command pmgsubscription get was getting the correct one.

Issue was resolved by rsestarting both pmgproxy.service and pmgdaemon.service.
