interval for start at boot

Hello,
Last night my servers sent down and as I've not checked the start at boot for any of my VMs they remain down till I woke up.
Actually as on each server there's about 15 VM I've not checked the start at boot for any of them because after a reboot all of them will start together and it cause a very high load and can damage my server,

So I think defining an interval period for start VMs can be a good idea to avoid this situation.

Would it be possible to update nodes with Proxmox 1.5 to 2.0 ?
