Internal Server Error

I have just received this error nothing has changed in the last week or so, and no reboot has been done.

What does "uptime" say? Is it more than a week?

Maybe the server rebooted (power failure) and root or data filesystem was corrupted and remounted as "read only". At least that is what your errors are all about.

Not Sure What the uptime was but yes more than a week 29 days i think.

Thanks for explaining that to me im just rebooting the machine now see see what damage has been caused, hmm starting to look like a hardware problem.
