Intel(R) HD Graphics 620 Code 43 Error with single iGPU passthrough in Windows 8 VM

Hello,

I am trying to passthrough the Intel iGPU on my Intel NUC7i3BNH with the following specifications:
- Intel(R) Core i3-7100U
- 4GB DDR4 RAM
- 120GB Sandisk SATA-600 SSD
I am trying to do this in a VM with Windows 8, but it keeps giving me error 43 after I installed drivers. I can access the operating system over RDP, but I rather also using RDP with the GPU driver installed. Is there some way I can fix this?
